The hotel was really nice, well complimented by the staff and the facilities. The service was really great. Had a nice stay. Would be my obivious choice to stay for next jaipur visit.

We were told no for the tissue paper, although were given after. The food we ordered was zero spicy, still the food was spicy, they brought another but still was spicy, then changed to plain rice, but was charged full price of the food ordered first, the bottle of water ordered through room service had seal open. The room we saw on website was different than we were given, room was not properly clean. Worst hotel.

Poor room service (you need to call 5 different people to try to get your breakfast on time). AC was not working when we were there.

This is a very old hotel, the furniture is very old, including the bathroom... Dirty... It is very noisy in the night even you close all the windows... Vegetarian breakfast.

It is infront of Jaipur bus stand.
While I was in the room some of indian drunk people were shouting whole night. I complained to manager then it became more dengarous. At last local police came and solve the problem. We could not sleep whole night. As I booked the hotel Through "Booking .Com" I was quite sure life security. It was the most unexpected experiance in my life and I was shocked.

The sheets were dirty, the toilet run down. At night staff members were drinking and yelling in the hotel. The hotel could need some seroius renovations. The pictures we found on Booked.net were way out of reallty. We would not reccomend this hotel, spend a few bucks more and get a real hotel. It was one of the worst hotels in infia so far for us and we were happy to leave.

Room was clean,food from the hotel was very good.Staff were friendly and accommodating although communicating in english was not easy for alot of the staff.Will choose to stay there again.
